Does this fit a Hayward H400IDL Heater? HAXBPK1931 Hayward H-Series MilliVolt H-Series By-Pass Valve Kit Hayward H-Series Heaters

I have an older, installed 2001, Hayward H400IDL propane heater. The By-Pass valve has apparently disintegrated over time and I am looking to confirm the right parts to replace. The parts recovered look to be a metal spring as well as a brass or copper ring fitting that looks to be the receiver part for the shaft.

I have found two different parts kits HAXBPK1930 and HAXBPK1932. The 1932 kit appears to have a plastic wheel vice the 1931 kit having brass. Visually, the parts in the 1931 kit looks compatible to what I think was in the heater, but trying to confirm before making the investment.

I called Hayward and they were of absolutely no help and advised to call a dealer in Massachusetts. Any help would be appreciated.
