Is it okay to use the Olympic Zeron Epoxy Pool Coating 1 gallon on an inground pool that has not had water in 20 years? I have been told I have to replaster the pool. Can I use paint instead and should I use the primer before zeron paint?

Yes, it is okay, You should prime the pool first before painting with the Zeron pool paint. Also, this paint can not be used as a repair sealer, you need to re-plaster the damaged area and then prime and paint the pool.
