Technically yes, but there are differences between above ground and in-ground equipment you will have to compensate for. The pump does not come with a cord and it is intended to be hardwired. It also will have 2" connections so you may need plumbing adapters since above ground equipment is typically 1.5". You need to ensure that the flow rate does not exceed the maximum rating for your pool filter.
